I am a specialist in working with women returners, the over 50s, young people and subjects include confidence building, developing resilience, CV writing, managing wellbeing, identifying skills and navigating the modern workplace.
I am experienced in giving tailored support to learners with complex and/or multiple barriers to employment including ex-offenders, those suffering from social anxiety and learners recovering from forms of addiction.
I offer remote delivery for workshops and one-to-one tutoring; digital upskilling and confidence building are specialities.
It is not always obvious what struggles people are contending with or how much past trauma affects how we feel about ourselves. Sometimes, people need help and understandably it can be difficult for them to be open about barriers to employment. I am open-minded, respectful and supportive and am here to help everyone realise their dreams.
