So how does it work?

  • You contact me and we discuss then confirm your requirements
  • We agree a timeframe and cost for my services
  • Payment is sent
  • Information for your CV is obtained  by either phone, email, Zoom/Teams (whichever works best for you)
  • I work on your CV/ cover letter/LinkedIn profile, contacting you throughout the process if necessary to gain more information
  • I send you your deliverables on time for review and I will make all required edits until you are 100% satisfied
  • If you are using the Interview Preparation service, you contact me as soon as you know you need me and I book you in for a session; (length of sessions will be dependent on client and specific jobs)

Q:How long does it take to write a CV?

A: Every CV is unique.... I give 100% to ensure every one reflects the client perfectly and suits the sectors you have identified.  I always adhere to my clients' deadlines and will continue editing the CV until they are 100% satisfied


Q:How will you send my CV/Cover letter when completed?

A: CVs are sent as Word and PDF files


Q:Do you help with actual job searching?

A: All packages come with complimentary job searching advice


Q:How can  I make a payment to you?

A: Bank transfer;  account details will be sent once services and timelines have been confirmed


Q:What if I need more changes to my CV or Cover Letter after it's completed?

A: All clients have unlimited edits for 3 months after the initial CV/Cover Letter has been approved


Q:Will my  personal information be kept confidential?

A: At all times


Q:How  much notice do you need for Interview Preparation?

A: As much as you can.... however clients do not always have a lot of notice for interviews; I will work with you evenings and/or weekends if necessary to get you ready and confident for that all important interview. (I do not charge extra for any preparation work during evenings and weekends).  I will ask you to send me the relevant job descriptions and specifications before we get started and you can have unlimited preparation time for 3 months


Q: Can you definitely get me a job?

A: No ...... sadly there are no guarantees!!  I will however work with you to ensure  that you are in the best position to get the job you want
